Oh what a weekend! It was SO nice to have a couple days off and spend some time with my mom and Mimi back in Baltimore. But now it's time to get back to the grind - workouts, eating healthy, getting sh!t done, and trying to get in bed by 10pm (don't worry I'm not total grandma status... I just like to read to try and fall asleep haha).

Y'all know I love my white pants more than anything... While I'm a dress or romper girl through and through my white pants are always a no fail option in my closet. They pair with just about anything and are the perfect back drop for the millions of accessories I have haha #guilty. I love how the neutral outfit really allows my earrings and straw purse to steal the show. When you have a purse this neon and earrings this gorgeous they're supposed to take center stage!

Is everyone ready for the week ahead? I've got a super super fun weekend ahead so I'm already counting down the days... even though it's Monday ;)

When it came to styling an outfit for the brand meeting portion of The Blog Societies Conference I knew I needed to stick with what I know. For me, that's bold accessories! I love patterns but bright, solid colors are always the best palette for me when I have jewelry I want to make standout. I found this Topshop dress online early this summer and was instantly hooked. I loved it loose and hanging but the belt gave it a great easy-going look that showed off my shape better.

Pom-poms were all the rage this summer so when I found this clutch (from one of my favorite online shops) I made it mine instantly! It also pulled the red dress and earrings together perfectly. Y'all know I can't stay away from turquoise... is it time I admit I have an obsession??

Have you ever had an item in your closet that you wanted to wear ALL the time but felt you could only pull out for certain events? That's this leather fringe skirt for me. I've had it for three years now and maybe only wear it 2-3 times a year... but that works! I found an identical one this winter and knew it was time to break it out again. It's the perfect way to dress up a simple outfit for a holiday party! Especially if you're against tacky sweaters and red everything (I'm not opposed to either fyi) but still want to have a fun glam look. I added a red lip to bring some color to the ensemble and topped it off with the best holiday party earrings I own - gold tassels :) Once you put this skirt on you just can't help but shake your hips all night long!

By the time most of you are reading this I will be in Destin, FL!!! YAAASS!!

When I went to Target over Easter to go searching for bathing suits (I got this adorable one!) I stumbled upon this dress and fell in love. I meeeaaaannn turquoise, tassels, off the shoulder, cotton, pretty details… you get the idea. I was sold. I'm bringing it to FL because it will be the perfect dress to wear during this fun wedding weekend! I always gravitate toward everything white when I go to the beach so I had to be very careful when packing last night. If you follow me on Snapchat you saw me point out that almost everything is blue/purple. Interesting change of pace for the girl who owns a lot of pink!!
