{summery white midi dress}

I think it's pretty obvious by now that I love white, dresses, this purse, turquoise, and tassels... so I'm pretty obsessed with this outfit haha. I love an easy white dress because it's so effortless to throw on and go. Plus, it's the perfect color to pair any bright color with!

I absolutely love this dress because of all the details. The shoulder straps have little pleats on them, there are buttons up the front, tuxedo pleats up the front, and there's a little ruffle along the bottom of the skirt. The buttons are all functioning so I chose to leave the top two open for a bit of a sweetheart silhouette - they were also a tad bit tight across the chest (I'm in a size small). This dress also comes in pink and black.

PS it was HOT when I took these photos... I started getting lazy with hiding the remote :) sometimes you've got to just work through it at the end of a long day to make it happen haha. But boy was it humid. Pretty sure we had a rainstorm at the end of the day lol.

Another Wish List coming at y'all this week! I just feel like there have been SO many cute summer things hitting stores finally. Tarte Blush - I have been loooooving my Tarte cream bronzer so this new blush combo really caught my eye. All of their products go on so smoothly and stay on extremely well. My current blush is on it's last leg so this will be my next purchase!

Tan Crossbody - I love this brand and the pops of colors are so cute! Even though they're unique colors I feel like they would go with any outfit since it's such a subtle pop.

Amazon Sunglasses - I saw these on so many bloggers and loved the unique look to them. Sunglasses are a fun accessory that can change the cool factor to any outfit. Or even spice up a simple jeans and tee look.

Tula Undereye Balm - As I mentioned at the beginning of this post I am PUMPED for this new product!! White Espadrille Sneakers - I spotted these on my all time favorite blogger, Julia Berolzheimer, and fell in love. I was hesitant to jump on this trend during the Fall but seeing how she's styling them in the summer makes me really want to give it a try!

Gold Bracelet - The perfect compliment to add to your stack! I love the clasp on this one too.

Vitamin C Sheet Masks - You can never have enough sheet masks... and y'all know my obsession with vitamin C because it makes your skin glow!!

White Cropped Tee - Shirts like this are a staple in my casual outfits and especially going to the gym. I love white anything and this shirt is the perfect cropped length to wear with leggings.

Pink Off the Shoulder Jumpsuit - Everything about this jumpsuit is just perfect. I love the smocked top, the wide leg pants, the pattern, colors, and especially the off the shoulder detail!! Looks perfect for hot summer nights.

White Romper - This utility style is very in right now and I know this will be a timeless cut and style.

Striped Sandals - Wouldn't these be perfect paired with that white romper? Such a sweet little detail with the bow.

Straw Belt Bag - Okay this is another item that I've seen only a handful of people be able to pull off well... but every time this exact bag is styled it's executed perfectly. It's sleek but still fun with the details and I think it's the perfect size. Someone hide my credit card!

Blue Romper - I love details and this bow detail is absolute perfection!

Nude Heels - My Sam Edelman heels are my most worn shoes during wedding season because they last from ceremony to reception to late night dancing with no blisters or pain!! This ankle detail is precious. (I've also been getting this ad at least once a day on IG haha is that a sign I need new wedding shoes?? I do have 8 coming up)

The crispness of white on white... does it get any better? There's something so soothing about pairing white pieces together. It's a chance to play up texture or accessories in a bold color. In this case I wanted to be ultra feminine with the ruffles in this top. It's very lady like and I wanted to modernize it a bit with white skinny jeans (something every lady should have in her closet)! I decided to keep my purse and jewelry somewhat neutral along with my favorite nude heels - the beauty of the architectural surroundings is really what inspired me. I love how the arches cascade down the walkway similar to the ruffles on this blouse. It has a bit of an Italian feel to it and I felt as if I should be carring an Aperol Spritz in my hand. Wouldn't you agree? Someone book me a flight to Italy, please!

I found this cute lil dress in stores and was instantly smitten with the style.

I love a good smocked detail on dresses and tops but was worried that having it around my mid-section would highlight an area that I didn't want to have attention brought to. So you can imagine how thrilled I was when the fit was really slimming! You can move the skirt up or down and really maneuver this style to fit your body type. Plus, it's so lightweight and breezy without making you look baggy. The combo of loose up top and fitted at the waist is very slimming. I've been stalking the website to see if this has popped up online yet but no luck (it's still in stores)! I've linked a bunch of similar dresses in the same style that are just as adorable!

These wedges have also become a staple for me this summer. They're perfect for work and fun! I wore them to a welcome party for a wedding in MA last weekend. I can commute to work in them AND dance all night in them - total win in my book!
