I have never worn a more free-flowing dress than this maxi right here folks.
I recently wore this to a friend's engagement part on the river (gorgeous views) and it fluttered so softly in the wind. The colors are gorgeous and the ruffle at the top dips down so elegantly in the back. It just felt like the right amount of romance to celebrate two of my dear friends!
I know not everyone loves that "slip" underneath a maxi and I must agree... most of the time. Since this dress had no shape at all the slip provided a way to show off my legs slightly and let a breeze through (hello, it's hot this summer)! My rule of thumb: if it's fitted be conservative and have it lined. If it's loose and breezy, have some fun with it!
