As you can probably imagine I ordered this top solely because of the sleeves. I mean hello! those pom-poms! I fell in love with all of the colors!

I was a little worried about how short the shirt was on my torso though. So I took this as a style risk and paired it with a pair of high waisted skinnies I've had for a couple years (the ones you love to wear because you can bend over and you're never worried about having to pull them back up). I'm still a little iffy on the proportions with my body but I guess that's only normal when you try a different trend!

What do y'all think? Have you worn high waisted pants with a short top? Did you like it?
