{recipe | wineshake}

OKAY. As promised (since I talked about it enough yesterday ha)… the easiest, most delicious, boozy, scrumptious milkshake known to woman-kind. This recipe takes Bachelor drinking wine nights and Scandal wine nights to a new level. That was extreme but you get my point. I chose to make a Red Wine Raspberry Vanilla Shake but there are 2 other combos listed at the bottom :) I'll let you in on a little secret… I found this recipe Tuesday night and made it instantly right after my workout!! I was that intrigued by it. It didn't disappoint.

WINESHAKE:
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream (I preferred more so I used 1 cup)
1.5 shots vodka (aka an airplane bottle)
1.5 shots red wine
handful of raspberries

RECIPE:
1. Get all your ingredients out and look at them knowing that this seems completely crazy and weird.

my sister made that shadow frame with corks - isn't it the coolest thing EVER?!

2. Put everything in a blender.

3. Add some more wine if you please ;) it just gets less thick.

4. Mix everything in the blender - just pulse once or twice. Too much and it gets too liquidy.

5. Pour in a glass. I loved drinking it out of a red wine glass - fits perfectly.

6. Drink up [and do a little dance because you're officially drinking wine for dessert]

So you're hooked. Now what?? Make the other 2 recipes!!

MANGO SORBET WINESHAKE:
Mango Sorbet Ice Cream
Vodka
Moscato Wine

DULCE DE LECHE WINESHAKE:
Dulce de Leche Ice Cream
Bourbon
Moscato Wine

YUMMMMMM!!! Thanks to The Back Label for this recipe!

Side note: I'm headed to the #bloggerscene at the Gryphon DC tonight. Is anybody else going? I'm really excited to meet other DC bloggers and hear what the panelists have to say. I'm not going to lie I'm really nervous because I'm going by myself... is it normal to feel like I'm about to attend my first day of school at a new place? Haha ;) If you're a blogger and want to attend, sign up here then let me know so I can say hi!

Love Always,
