I can't wait for Labor Day weekend - I'm heading to Philadelphia for the first time with girlfriends and can't wait to explore!! LDW is about paying tribute to the achievements of American workers so what better way than celebrating in red, white and blue and seeing some American history!
I'm not sure why it's supposed to also mark the end of wearing white… but you can be certain that this chick isn't gonna follow that rule ;) If you have any suggestions of places in Philly to get let me know. One of my best friends Meg lives there but I'd love to hear your suggestions of places to see and eat!

ReplyDeleteDefinitely go to Reading Terminal Market. So much food. I went for breakfast last time I was in Philadelphia. Make sure you find time to shop too. There are lots of great places.
