You know those days where you have a million errands to run? When your bag is filled with coupons, a sweater to return, shoes to get repaired, mail to send out, 5 different grocery lists, a book for the train, and 3 pairs of glasses along with a snack? Yep... I mean the typical Saturday. This is when my Barrington Tote saves the day. It's durable, roomy, and the cutest. It's my go to for busy, long days at work and for weekend trips! I'm adding this one to my Christmas list along with this duffle bag (I mean if it's monogrammed it already jumps a couple notches in my book).

{favorite boots & booties 2016}

Instead of creating a collage of all my favorite shoes this season I've pulled out some old outfit photos from the archives with my favorite boots and booties! We all know what we do and don't like but sometimes it's hard to know how to style them. I'm not claiming I have this crazy original outfit... but when the weather gets cooler it takes me a second to remember that I liked how I paired my brown boots with black pants or that I could actually wear black booties with a dress. When the cold weather rolls around all I want to do is bundle up in a scarf and sweater and not be cute… am I the only one who gets like that? When I saw this sweater it was like al of my prayers had been answered! It was cozy AND cute enough to wear out. Crisis averted :) I wore this sweater to a Friendsgiving last weekend (turkey belly) and then I wore it downtown. Shoulders are always my favorite thing to show off in the summer so why not give a little glimpse in the winter as well!?

Fall means two things to me: colorful blanket scarves and leather or suede booties. They're perfect for sunshine, temps in the 60s and a crisp breeze in the air. I can already imagine combining some of these for a winery weekend or tailgating for a football game! Bring on the blankets and booties!!!
